Travis Besecker: I get paid to draw pictures, tell jokes and make fun of people. I also write to pay the bills. 'Lost in Infinity' was released in February of 2012. It's the memoir of a chronic insomniac with apeirophobia (fear of infinity) as he tells the story of his life and tries to dig through repressed memories for the trigger to his issues. A little spoiler... it's fiction. Although loosely based on my own life and apeirophobia, the story is told from the viewpoint of a self absorbed blogger coming to terms with his own psychosis and perspective on the universe as a whole... My second novel, 'Harnessing the Spark' is scheduled for release in 2013. It's an epic zombie apocalypse about a naive girl who falls in love with a sparkly vampire in his red room of pain after being forced into a televised battle to the death with a bunch of teens... It's a coming of age story with a supernatural twist... As if you're reading this. ok... not really... but it is a supernatural survival novel set during the zombie apocalypse. I just realized I may be a little too sleep deprived and way too hopped up on caffeine and energy drinks to be writing a bio.

Always watching… contemplating… discovering… In this vast empty hole that is life, why do I strive to know the reason why? Before I can answer “why?” I must first uncover the motive… for a question without motive is lust without a target. In my mind’s eye, I spy the reason why. The reason for my search for absolution. However the explanation comes at the expense of sanity, my own… the meaning of life is right before me, in my mind’s eye… open it and I shall see. The meaning is the question. The question is the reason. The reason is the motive. The motive is the end. Opposite the end, there was a beginning, and in the beginning let there be light, the bright light that blinded the eye. Now, here in the vast darkness, I can finally see.
